    This Privacy Policy explains how Farba ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information when Professionals and Clients use our booking marketplace for creative services, including our website, features, and related services (the “Service”).

    1. Information We Collect

    Account and Profile Information

    - Contact details such as name and email.
    - Business profile information for Professionals (e.g., business name, description, services, pricing, location).
    - Communication preferences and settings.

    Uploaded Content

    Professionals can upload images of their work to create portfolios. We only store the images that businesses upload. Farba does not claim any rights over these images and will delete business information and uploaded content upon request or account deletion, subject to legal obligations.

    Booking and Transaction Information

    - Appointment details (date, time, service).
    - Client details provided at booking (e.g., name, email).
    - Payment-related metadata from Stripe (we do not store full card details).
    - Messaging and notifications associated with a booking.

    Usage Data and Cookies

    We use Google Analytics to measure essential usage and event metrics to improve the Service. We also use essential cookies for login/auth and a language preference cookie. Analytics events are logged to help us understand feature usage; we aim to use anonymized/aggregated analytics. See our Cookie Policy for details and choices.
