    This Privacy Policy explains how Farba ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information when businesses and visitors use our portfolio/profile platform (the “Service”).

    Account and Profile Information

    - Name and email used to create and access accounts.
    - Public business profile data (for example: profile title, description, location, links, and contact details).

    Portfolio Content

    - Portfolio images and related text that businesses upload.
    - Optional profile customization data (styling and page preferences).

    Email Collection Data

    - Email addresses submitted by visitors through profile contact forms.

    Usage Data

    - On Farba-owned pages (for example landing pages and dashboard pages), we use Google Analytics.
    - On public profile pages we do not load Google Analytics. Instead, we record page-load logs per business, including timestamp, path, IP address, and user-agent.

    2. How We Use Information

    - Provide and operate profile pages and portfolios.
    - Store and display contact emails collected by each business.
    - Improve product performance and reliability.
    - Detect abuse and maintain platform security.

    3. Legal Bases

    Where applicable, we rely on: (a) performance of a contract, (b) legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, (c) consent where required for analytics cookies, and (d) legal obligations.

    4. Sharing of Information

    We do not sell personal information. We may share data with:

    • Infrastructure and email providers under data protection terms.
    • Google Analytics (only on non-public-profile Farba pages).
    • Authorities when legally required.

    We retain profile and portfolio data until deletion is requested or an account is deleted, except where longer retention is required by law.
